Pennsylvania will require labels on AI-generated ads

Pennsylvania has passed the AI Deceptive Advertising Act, requiring labels on advertisements made with artificial intelligence. The law aims to help people recognize synthetic promotional content, but The Verge reports that its many loopholes could limit how much protection consumers actually receive.
